Fajr Muhammad is a writer, editor, and cultural critic. Her work is rooted in the interior lives of Black people — the societies, the silences, and the places that shape them.
Fajr holds an MFA in Fiction from Columbia University and writes criticism and essays at Rare Form. Her debut novel, Glory Days, is currently in development.
